1. Digital Delivery

AJIVA INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED primarily provides digital services and software solutions. All "deliverables" are transmitted electronically via secure protocols, cloud storage links, or direct deployment to client environments.

Upon completion of identified milestones, the delivery of digital assets will be shared with the registered contact person of the client via email or a designated project management tool.

2. Timeline for Delivery

The delivery timeline for our projects is mutually agreed upon during the project onboarding phase and is documented in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • Standard consulting reports: 3-7 business days.
  • Software development milestones: As per project roadmaps.
  • Emergency support services: Immediate or as per contract priority.

3. Verification of Delivery

Once the digital product/service is delivered, the client has 5 business days to verify and report any technical issues. If no issues are reported within this period, the delivery will be marked as successful and accepted by the client.
