1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations requested after the project has officially commenced are not eligible for a refund of the initial deposit.
  • For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

"No cancellations & Refunds are entertained"

Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate allocation of resources upon project initiation, all payments made to AJIVA INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED are non-refundable. This includes initial deposits, milestone payments, and full service fees.

We encourage our clients to thoroughly review our proposals and portfolio before making a commitment to ensure our expertise aligns with their project goals.

3. Service Modifications

Any modifications to the scope of work after the project has started may result in additional charges. We do not offer refunds or credits for services that are removed from the scope of work after payment has been received.
